本ポリシーは、本アプリの開発者（以下「開発者」）が提供する iPhone アプリ「FormLapse」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報・データの取り扱いについて定めるものです。開発者の名称は App Store の配信元情報をご確認ください。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報および利用データを一切収集・送信・保存しません。本アプリには解析ツール、広告 SDK、トラッキング、アカウント登録機能は含まれていません。撮影／取り込んだ写真や体重などの記録は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらは iOS 標準のデバイスバックアップ（iCloud バックアップ）の対象になる場合がありますが、これは OS の機能であり、本アプリが通信を行うものではありません。
2. カメラ・写真
カメラは体の写真を撮影する目的でのみ使用します。写真ライブラリへは、過去の写真を取り込む際の読み取りと、利用者の操作によって写真を保存（追加）する目的でのみアクセスします。撮影・取り込み・整列・書き出しを含むすべての画像処理は 利用者の端末内のみ で行われ、外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。開発者がこれらのデータを閲覧・取得することはできません。
3. ヘルスケア（Apple Health / HealthKit）
利用者が連携を明示的に有効にした場合に限り、本アプリは Apple の HealthKit を通じて体重データの読み取り／書き込みを行います。HealthKit から取得した健康データ、および本アプリで記録した体重は、利用者の端末内でのみ扱われ、外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、HealthKit から取得した健康データを 広告・マーケティング・データマイニングの目的に使用すること、および第三者へ共有・販売・開示することは一切ありません。健康データは、利用者ご自身が本アプリ内で記録・グラフ表示するためにのみ使用されます。
連携はいつでも設定からオフにでき、iOS の「ヘルスケア」アプリからアクセス許可を取り消すこともできます。
4. 通知
利用者が有効にした場合、撮影リマインダーのためにローカル通知を使用します。通知は端末内でスケジュールされ、外部送信は行いません。
5. 課金（アプリ内課金）
機能のアンロックは、Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。支払い情報は Apple が管理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. 第三者への提供
収集するデータが存在しないため、第三者への提供・共有は行いません。第三者の解析・広告サービスも一切利用していません。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリはいかなる年齢の利用者からもデータを収集しません。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the iPhone app “FormLapse” (the “App”), provided by the App’s developer (the “Developer”), handles personal information and data. The Developer’s name is shown on the App Store listing.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information or usage data. The App contains no analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking, or account registration. Photos you capture or import, and weight entries, are stored only on your device. They may be included in the standard iOS device backup (iCloud Backup), which is an OS feature — the App itself performs no network communication.
2. Camera & Photos
The camera is used solely to take photos of your body. Photo library access is used only to read dates when importing past photos, and to save photos when you choose to. All image processing — capture, import, alignment, and export — happens entirely on your device and is never uploaded. The Developer cannot access or retrieve this data.
3. Apple Health (HealthKit)
Only if you explicitly enable the integration, the App uses Apple HealthKit to read and write your body-weight data. Any health data obtained from HealthKit, and any weight you record in the App, is handled solely on your device and is never transmitted to any external server.
The App never uses health data obtained through HealthKit for advertising, marketing, or data-mining, and never shares, sells, or discloses it to third parties. Health data is used only so that you can record and chart it within the App.
You can turn the integration off at any time in Settings, and revoke access at any time in the iOS Health app.
4. Notifications
If you enable it, the App uses a local notification for a capture reminder. It is scheduled on your device with no external transmission.
5. In-App Purchases
Feature unlocks are processed through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit). Payment information is handled by Apple; the Developer does not receive your payment details.
6. Sharing With Third Parties
Because no data is collected, none is shared with third parties. No third-party analytics or advertising services are used.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect data from users of any age.
