Mihari（以下「本アプリ」）のプライバシーポリシーです。

収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集・送信しません。

• アカウント登録は不要です。
• ネットワーク通信を行いません（完全オフラインで動作します）。
• 集中セッション中、フロントカメラの映像は「視線が画面に向いているか」の判定にのみ使用します。すべて端末内（オンデバイス）で処理し、録画・保存・外部への送信は一切行いません。
• 各種設定・セッション記録は、すべてお使いの端末内のみに保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
• 解析（アナリティクス）・広告・トラッキング・第三者SDKは使用していません。

顔データ（TrueDepth API / カメラ）の取り扱い

本アプリは、集中セッション中のみ、フロントカメラと顔検出機能を使用します。Face ID 対応端末では ARKit の顔追跡（TrueDepth API）を、非対応端末では通常のフロントカメラによる顔検出を使用します。

• 何を取得するか: 顔の位置・向き、および視線の方向。これらは「利用者の視線が画面に向いているか」という1つの真偽値を導き出すためだけに使用します。
• 利用目的: 集中セッション中に、利用者が自分のスマートフォンを見たかどうかを判定し、集中時間の加算と警告表示を行うため。それ以外の目的には一切使用しません。
• 保存しません: 顔データ（顔画像・深度データ・顔メッシュ・顔の特徴点を含む）は、一切保存しません。各フレームの処理は端末内のメモリ上で即時に行われ、判定後ただちに破棄されます。端末内にもサーバーにも保存されることはありません。
• 送信・共有しません: 顔データを本アプリの外部へ送信することはなく、第三者（解析事業者・広告事業者を含む）と共有・販売することもありません。本アプリはネットワーク通信を一切行いません。
• 保持期間: 顔データの保持期間はありません（保存しないため）。端末に保存されるのはセッションの集中時間・回数・時刻などの数値記録のみで、顔に関する情報は含まれません。
• 本人確認には使用しません: 個人の識別・認証・生体認証には使用しません。
• 削除方法: 保存された記録（顔データを含みません）は、本アプリを端末から削除することですべて消去されます。

App 内課金

App 内課金がある場合、購入処理および決済情報の取り扱いは Apple（StoreKit）が行い、本アプリが利用者の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。

This is the privacy policy for Mihari (the “App”).

Information we collect

The App does not collect or transmit any personal information.

• No account or sign-in is required.
• The App performs no network communication (it works fully offline).
• During a focus session, the front camera image is used only to detect whether your gaze is on the screen. All processing happens on-device — video is never recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere.
• All settings and session records are stored only on your device and are never sent anywhere.
• We use no analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs.

Face data (TrueDepth API / camera)

The App uses the front camera and face detection only while a focus session is running. On Face ID devices it uses ARKit face tracking (the TrueDepth API); on other devices it uses ordinary front-camera face detection.

• What is collected: the position and orientation of your face and the direction of your gaze, used solely to derive a single true/false value — whether you are looking at the screen.
• Purpose: to determine, during a focus session, whether you looked at your own phone, so the App can accrue focus time and show a warning. It is used for no other purpose.
• Not stored: face data — including face images, depth data, face meshes and facial landmarks — is never stored. Each frame is processed in memory on the device in real time and discarded immediately after the true/false value is derived. It is never written to the device or to any server.
• Not transmitted or shared: face data never leaves the App, and is never shared with or sold to any third party (including analytics or advertising providers). The App performs no network communication at all.
• Retention: there is no retention period for face data, because none is retained. The only records stored on your device are numeric session records (focus duration, counts, timestamps); they contain no face-related information.
• Not used for identification: face data is never used to identify or authenticate any person, and is not used for biometric authentication.
• Deletion: the stored session records (which contain no face data) are removed entirely by deleting the App from your device.

In-app purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases, payment is handled entirely by Apple (StoreKit); the App never receives or stores your payment information.
